Art Lesson for World Health Day: 'My health, my right'

Art Lesson for World Health Day: 'My health, my right'

Created by Joshua Y'Barbo on 04 Apr 2024 via https://5minutelessonplan.co.uk/

As an artist for the TEAM LEWIS Foundation, I constantly research the intersection of the creative and communication industries and significant global, sustainable concerns. I am exploring the connections between art and World Health Day this month. While I work on an article that highlights artists who advocate for the World Health Organization's themes of 'My health, my right', I have created a lesson plan for those interested in teaching about individuals' rights to health in relation to human rights, as well as art's role in promoting well-being and self-development through education to support these civil rights efforts.
